Waivers and photo permissions for every athlete
A signed waiver and a clear photo decision for every athlete.
In CCCM BellhouseOS, families sign the enrollment agreement, a waiver for each child and a photo decision while creating their account, and nothing else opens until that's done. Photo permissions then control what can be posted: an athlete without permission can't appear on your website or socials.
Step by step
- The family agrees to sign electronically.
- They read the enrollment agreement.
- They sign a waiver for each athlete; adults sign their own.
- They make a photo decision for each athlete: website, socials, and name with photo, all off until chosen.
- One signature covers the set. Families can download a copy of what they signed from the parent desk.
A note for Florida academies
Florida has its own rules for waivers signed by parents for minors. Your lawyer supplies the waiver text; BellhouseOS stores it, keeps every version and collects signatures. This page isn't legal advice.
Who it’s for
- Academies that need a signed waiver for every athlete before the first session
- Programs that post photos on their website or socials
- Families with more than one athlete
Who it’s not for
- School athletic departments that need state eligibility tracking
- Leagues that only need game scheduling
Questions
- Can a parent say no to photos and still join?
- Yes. “No photos” is a valid answer, and the athlete can still join.
- What happens when the waiver changes?
- Families sign the new version the next time they sign in.
- Can a family change photo permission later?
- Yes. The new choice applies from then on, and posting follows it.
- Do waivers ask for medical details?
- No. Waivers and photo permissions don't ask for medical details.
