Student data in CCCM BellhouseOS
What happens to the records your academy keeps about young athletes.
Academies keep records about children in CCCM BellhouseOS, so we treat them as protected student data. Student records are never sold, never used for ads and never used to train AI. An access log, coach-only rosters and a retention clock are built into the product. No academy has them switched on yet; CCCM will switch them on academy by academy. This page says what the software does. It doesn't claim compliance with any law, and it isn't legal advice.
What we never do
- Sell student records, or share them for advertising.
- Put ad pixels or third-party trackers in the staff or parent desk.
- Send student records to an AI model. If an AI feature is added, it can only receive IDs, a first name and last initial, teams, and session times, places and coach, through one tested allow-list.
Who can see a child's records
Coach-only rosters are built: once they're on, a coach sees only the athletes on rosters they're assigned to, and the server leaves the rest out. No academy has it switched on yet; CCCM will switch it on academy by academy.
Access log
An access log is built: once it's on, reads of sensitive records and exports are recorded for the academy owner. No academy has it switched on yet; CCCM will switch it on academy by academy.
How long records are kept, and deletion
Built, not yet switched on for any academy: a retention clock that will start as a dry-run report, and a deletion request the academy owner approves, with a household export and a certificate of deletion. Until then, nothing in BellhouseOS anonymizes or deletes records automatically.
Who it’s for
