Privacy policy
Effective November 4, 2026. This policy explains what CCCM Consulting LLC (“CCCM”, “we”) collects on getcccm.com and in BellhouseOS, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@getcccm.com.
Who we are and what this covers
CCCM Consulting LLC is a Delaware, United States company. Remote company — no storefront address. This policy covers:
- getcccm.com, our marketing website, including its contact, inquiry, checkout and onboarding forms. For this information, CCCM decides how it is used.
- BellhouseOS, the software we run for sports clubs, academies and schools. A club or school decides what records it keeps about its families and athletes, and CCCM processes those records on its behalf, following its instructions. Each club or school has its own privacy policy for its families, and that policy applies alongside this one.
What we collect
Information you send us
- Contact and demo-request forms. When you use the form on our contact page or the BellhouseOS inquiry form, we receive your name, email, business or program name and your message. The BellhouseOS inquiry form also sends any ad click IDs stored from your visit (see below) so we know which ad brought you.
- Website orders. When you start or buy a website plan, we receive your email and the business details, photos and files you provide in the onboarding form so we can build your site.
- Email. Anything you send to hello@getcccm.com.
- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms. If you submit one of our lead forms on LinkedIn, LinkedIn shares the details you choose to send (such as name, work email, company, job title, phone and state, plus your answers) with us so we can contact you about BellhouseOS.
Information collected automatically
- Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and basic device and browser details so we can see which pages are used.
- Meta Pixel. Meta may set cookies and receive the pages you view and basic browser details, which we use to measure our ads.
- Google tag (Google Ads). When it is turned on, it measures ad clicks and conversions. It starts with ad storage set to denied and only changes if you allow it.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag. When it is turned on, LinkedIn may set cookies and receive the pages you view and basic browser details so we can measure LinkedIn ads, count form submissions as conversions and show ads to past visitors. LinkedIn reports these to us only in aggregate.
- Ad click IDs. If you arrive from an ad, we keep the click ID from the link (for example a Google click ID) in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days so a later inquiry can be matched to that ad.
BellhouseOS records we process for clubs and schools
When a club or school uses BellhouseOS, it can keep records about the people it serves, including:
- Parent and guardian account details: name, email, phone number and sign-in details.
- Household and athlete records: names, ages, enrollment, teams and schedules, attendance, waivers and consent, documents, messages with staff, and (for schools) classes and grades.
- Invoices and payment records, such as amounts, dates and status.
- Notification settings, including push-notification tokens and text-message consent.
Staff and coaches using BellhouseOS also have account and sign-in records. The staff desk and parent desk don't contain ad pixels or third-party trackers.
How we use information
- To answer inquiries, set up demos and send the information you asked for.
- To build, run and support the websites and BellhouseOS accounts our customers pay for.
- To process orders and payments, send receipts and keep business and tax records.
- To measure and improve our website and our ads.
- To keep our services secure and to meet legal obligations.
We use BellhouseOS records only to provide BellhouseOS to the club or school that holds them. We never sell them, never use them for advertising and never use them to train AI models.
Children's information
getcccm.com is meant for adults who run businesses, clubs and schools. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from children through it.
BellhouseOS holds records about young athletes and students because clubs and schools put them there. For those records:
- The club or school is responsible for the records and for getting any parent or guardian consent the law requires, including under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) for children under 13.
- Where a school is covered by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we handle its education records only under the school's direction, for the purposes it allows, and we don't share them except as the school directs or the law requires.
- We never sell children's information, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
- Parents and guardians who want to see, correct or delete a child's records should contact the club or school first. We help the club or school respond.
More on how BellhouseOS handles student records is on our student data and security page.
Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. When you pay for a website plan, you pay on Stripe's checkout page. When a family pays a club or school through BellhouseOS, the payment goes through that club's own Stripe account, including any Service fee shown at payment. Card and bank account numbers go directly to Stripe. CCCM never receives or stores them; we see only payment records such as the amount, date, and status. Stripe's use of payment information is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.
Email and text messages
- Email. We email you about your inquiry, order or account. BellhouseOS sends email on a club or school's behalf, such as sign-in codes, schedule changes, invoices and announcements. We send email through Resend.
- Text messages (SMS). BellhouseOS can send texts on a club or school's behalf through Twilio, and only to a phone number that has given consent to receive them. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to texts is never a condition of a purchase or of enrollment. We don't sell mobile numbers or text-message consent, or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
- Push notifications. The BellhouseOS app can send push notifications, which you can turn off in the app or in your device settings.
Cookies and your choices
getcccm.com uses cookies and similar technology for the analytics and ad tools listed above, and a first-party cookie to remember ad click IDs and any privacy choice you make. Your options:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Use your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or email us to ask us to opt you out of ad measurement.
- Manage ads in your account settings at Meta, Google and LinkedIn. LinkedIn's ad settings let you opt out of ads based on your visits to other sites.
- Stop marketing email from us at any time by replying or writing to us.
Who we share information with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our services for us: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), and Expo with Apple and Google push services (app notifications).
- Advertising and measurement partners (Meta, Google and LinkedIn), through the tools described above.
- The club or school that a set of BellhouseOS records belongs to.
- Anyone the law requires us to share with, or to protect our rights, users and services.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, under this policy.
How long we keep information
- Inquiries and sales conversations: as long as they are useful to the relationship, then deleted.
- Orders, invoices and payment records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- BellhouseOS records: for as long as the club or school keeps its account and tells us to keep them, and according to its instructions when it closes its account or asks for deletion. Some records, such as payment records and signed documents, may be kept longer where the law requires.
- Ad click IDs: up to 90 days in a first-party cookie.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of it for targeted advertising (as those terms are defined in laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act). We honor these requests for everyone, wherever you live, and we won't treat you differently for making one.
To make a request, email hello@getcccm.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. An authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission. For BellhouseOS records, we will pass your request to the club or school that holds them and help it respond.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that information will never be accessed without permission. If we learn of a breach that affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email or with a notice on the site.
