Athletic homeschool programs train students during the school day, so they handle registrations, term tuition, waivers and parent messages at school volume with a coaching-sized staff. CCCM BellhouseOS puts all of that on one staff desk and gives families one parent desk, with your website included. Sports: $500 one-time setup, then $149 per month. School: $1,000 one-time setup, then $179 per month. Full (Sports + School): $1,500 one-time setup, then $250 per month. Families pay a 3.25% + $1.50 Service fee per payment, on top of the club's price. Each club is paid directly by Stripe through its own connected account, and Stripe's own fee (an estimate: about 2.9% + 30¢ on a typical US card) comes out of the club's payout. No online checkout.
Step by step
- Families create an account and sign everything for each child first.
- They register for terms, programs or packs and see the price line by line.
- Staff run the day from the Today queue: attendance, messages, approvals.
- Families pay, see their balance and get receipts in the parent desk.

- Can one family register several children?
- Yes. One family account holds every child, and the guardian signs a waiver and a photo decision for each one.
- Can scholarship families pay part of tuition with Step Up?
- Yes. An invoice can be split between the Step Up For Students scholarship and the family, and the desk tracks each part until it's paid.
- How do you describe our program?
- The way you do: as an athletic program for homeschool families, not as a school.
- What does the website include?
- Your academy's public website, built and run by CCCM, is included in the monthly price. Custom work is quoted separately.
